We hereby inform you that "GOSHKA" Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, based in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as "AD" or "Controller"), processes information from public and publicly available sources (including the internet) and from its own files. This information may include data that, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016

on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR"), constitutes personal data.

Therefore, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation, in order to ensure that data subjects exercise their rights, the Controller is obliged to provide information

concerning the processing of their personal data, as specified in Articles 13 or 14 of the GDPR. Regardless of fulfilling the information obligation at the time of each data collection, the Administrator presents this information, which takes into account the main aspects related to the processing of its Customers' personal data.

The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. The current Privacy Policy, located at www.zen3forhome.com, applies to every AD customer and user of the websites and services it offers.

What are personal data and what constitutes their processing?

Under the GDPR, "personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular on the basis of an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person. III. Purposes of Personal Data Processing: Your personal data are or may be processed by the Controller for the following purposes:

1) taking steps prior to entering into, concluding, and performing a contract for the supply of products and the provision of services by or on behalf of the Controller (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);

2) potential security and pursuit of claims related to business activities - the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing to pursue the Controller's legitimate interest (in accordance with Art. 6.1.f of the GDPR), which is to ensure payment security and the fulfillment of the parties' obligations;

3) handling any complaints related to the services provided (in accordance with Art. 6.1.b and f of the GDPR);

4) adding new contacts to customer databases - the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing to pursue the Controller's legitimate interest (in accordance with Art. 6.1.f of the GDPR), which is to ensure the efficient organization of the Controller and maintain cooperation;

5) responding to inquiries, in particular via the contact form on the website and by email (in accordance with Art. 6.1.b of the GDPR);

6) marketing – the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing to pursue the Controller's legitimate interest (in accordance with Art. 6.1.f of the GDPR), by conducting direct marketing of its products and services;

7) enabling participation in competitions, marketing campaigns, and other events organized or co-organized by the Controller – the legal basis for processing is consent (Art. 6.1.a of the GDPR);

8) sending the newsletter to the email address you provided – the legal basis for data processing is consent (Art. 6.1.a of the GDPR).

Your personal data may also be processed for other purposes; in such a case, you will be informed in each case in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
