ZEN3 FOR HOME ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§1. General Provisions:
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at: www.zen3forhome.com, operated by:

The store sells premium Pilates reformers and workout accessories to individual customers.
The Terms and Conditions are prepared in accordance with:
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR),
Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the provisions of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the UK GDPR, and applicable export law. For sales to Gulf countries, local customs and import regulations apply, and the contract is governed by Polish law unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise.
§2. Definitions:
Customer – a natural person making a purchase for purposes not directly related to business activity.
Product – a Pilates reformer or accessories available in the Store.
Contract – a distance sales contract.
Premium Delivery – specialized delivery including bulky transport, optional assembly, and setup of the equipment.
§3. Placing Orders:
Orders can be placed 24/7 via the website by contacting us.
The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller and payment of the full price of the product by the Buyer.
The Seller reserves the right to verify high-value orders.
For custom-made products, a deposit or full prepayment may be required.
§4. Prices and Payment:
Prices are listed in EUR / PLN / GBP / USD (depending on the market).
Prices include VAT applicable to the country of origin - Poland.
For exports outside the EU (e.g., Gulf countries, Great Britain, USA):
The price does not include customs duties and local import taxes; the customer is responsible for customs clearance costs.
Available payment methods:
payment card,
bank transfer,
electronic payments,
installment payments (if available).
§5. Order Fulfillment and Delivery:
Reformers are bulky products.
Delivery is carried out by:
pallet transport,
a specialized logistics company,
premium transport with carry-in. Approximate delivery times:
EU: 3–14 business days (for products in stock),
UK: 5–16 business days (for products in stock),
Gulf countries, USA: 10–30 business days (sea or air freight) (for products in stock).
Due to the high demand for our products, we reserve the right to extend the delivery time. We will inform you about the actual delivery date when you place your order.
For custom-made products, the delivery time will be determined individually.
The customer is obligated to inspect the shipment upon receipt and prepare a damage report with photo documentation in the event of damage.
§6. Assembly and installation:
Reformers may require:
self-assembly, assembly by an authorized team.
The user manual in selected languages is delivered with the shipment.
Assembly service (if selected): is provided after prior arrangement, may be subject to an additional fee, and includes assembly, setting up, leveling, and technical inspection of the equipment.
The customer is obligated Ensure: adequate installation space and free access to the installation site.
Failure to provide adequate conditions may result in the need for a second installation visit (additional fee).
§7. User Training:
For selected reformer models, we offer:
online training,
video tutorials,
on-site training (optional, additional fee).
The training covers:
safe operation,
adjusting springs and settings,
basic maintenance principles.
The Seller is not liable for improper use of the equipment, contrary to the operating instructions.
§8. Right of Withdrawal:
Consumers in the EU and the UK have the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days.
The cost of returning the reformer is borne by the Customer.
The product must be returned:
undamaged,
in its original packaging,
properly secured for transport.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
custom-made products,
personalized color or design variants.
§9. Warranty and Complaints:
Reformers are covered by a warranty. Manufacturer:
Construction: 2 years,
Moving parts, including springs: 2 years,
Consumable parts: rollers, loops, cables - 1 year.
Complaints should be submitted via email.
The Seller may:
Repair the product,
Replace the part,
Replace the product,
Refund the purchase (in justified cases).
§10. Liability:
The Seller is not liable for:
Damage resulting from improper assembly by the Customer,
Use other than intended,
Natural wear and tear of consumable parts.
Liability
The Seller's liability to the Customer who is a consumer is limited to the price of the product paid.
§11. Force Majeure:
The Seller is not liable for delays resulting from:
customs procedures,
export restrictions,
strikes,
logistical disruptions,
force majeure.
§12. Personal Data Protection:
The principles for personal data processing are specified in a separate Privacy Policy available on the Store's website.
§13. Dispute Resolution:
The Customer may use:
the ODR platform (EU),
out-of-court dispute resolution methods in the UK.
In the event of disagreement, the court with jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office shall have jurisdiction.
§14. Final Provisions:
These Terms and Conditions come into effect on the date of publication.
The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions.
The current version is always available on the website.
§15. White Glove Delivery Experience:
For selected reformer models and specified locations, the Seller offers the White Glove Delivery Experience (Premium Delivery).
The White Glove Delivery service includes, in particular:
individual scheduling of a delivery date,
dedicated specialized transport,
moving the equipment to the designated room,
unpacking and removal of shipping materials,
professional assembly and leveling of the reformer,
technical inspection before handover,
a brief introduction to operation,
cleaning up the installation site.
The service may be:
included in the price of selected premium models,
subject to an additional fee (according to the individual quote),
depending on the delivery location.
The Customer is obligated to ensure:
free access to the installation site,
adequate installation space,
possibility of safely transporting the equipment (door, elevator, stairwell dimensions).
If the service cannot be completed for reasons beyond the Seller's control (e.g., lack of access, incorrect information about the space), a fee may be charged for a return visit by the installation team. In the Persian Gulf countries, UK and USA, the scope of the service may be provided by an authorized logistics partner.
